Since 2005, QUATTRO PAVIMENTE TEHNICE factory produces and installs access floors for various destinations, offices class A, command and control rooms, technical rooms, electrical rooms, IT rooms, commercial and educational spaces. Access floors are the ultimate solution for floors where you need fast installation, installations integration with easy access and versatility when new fit-outs are required.

Access floors systems are composed by modular panels format 600x600mm, laid on a bearing galvanized steel structure made of height adjustable pedestals and stringers ( where this solution is required by project specifications). Each solution is carefully adjusted by our specialists to meet end-user demands in terms of fire behaviour, weight loading and stability, electric/electrostatic behaviours, ventilation and panel top finish

The plenum created by access floor between support and panel has the main role to allow the integration of installations electrical, IT and even HVAC and sanitary. Due to possibility of inspect the plenum in any point, just by taking out the panels, any intervention, modification or reparation on these installations becomes a child play. This main advantage of QUATTRO floor eliminates the necessity to integrate these installations in walls of ceilings, where inspectability is a much harder job.

The supporting structure made of pedestals can be milimetrically adjusted and self-lock on requested height. The QUATTRO system offers you a solution for a flat surface, perfectly horizontal with a hollow space under which can be used for installations route cabling.
